Cancellation is permissible within the initial 6 hours after the time of purchase. Following this 6-hour period, your order will be automatically archived and forwarded to the warehouse for stocking, packaging, and shipment. Once the processing of your order commences, cancellation is no longer possible. It’s important to note that a management, processing, and transaction fee equivalent to 30% of your total order value will be levied for cancellations.

A full refund is exclusively applicable to order switches. Upon placing new orders, our system will automatically invalidate the previous orders and provide a 100% refund. Kindly inform us via email when you initiate order switches.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the reason for your cancellation. This feedback will greatly assist us in enhancing our products and services.

How to change the information of my order?

If you discover that you have made a mistake in either the shipping address or the purchase itself, please send us an email at your earliest convenience. We will assist you in rectifying the information.

When do I get the tracking number?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

The in-store process for the stock and packaging will take about 2-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for the shipment, the tracking will be available and sent to you.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 working days from the day you completed your payment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

For items dispatched from our Asia warehouse, there is typically a delay in tracking information updates from the moment the package enters USPS facilities in China until it undergoes processing at USPS facilities in the US. This delay usually averages around 2-7 days, although it might extend up to 8-12 days in certain cases.

Shipping Guarantee:

As a testament to our commitment and assurance to you, we are prepared to refund the shipping cost (or provide a partial refund if shipping was complimentary) for any item that exceeds the following time frames for delivery to your destination.

Wrong address disclaimer

Ensuring accurate address entry is the responsibility of the buyer. Due to strict shipping schedules, we cannot assure address changes. Kindly double-check the address you provide, as we will NOT be accountable for packages sent to an address incorrectly entered by the buyer.
